Must be 21 years of age in order to book a room.
Reservations will be confirmed via e-mail.
Only registered guests are allowed on property.
Each room needs to be registered to the occupant of that room.
A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation.
Reservations are non transferable to other parties.
Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded in rooms, this includes adult, children, toddlers and infants. Room occupancy is determined by number of beds and square footage to meet state fire codes. Violating occupancy rates will result in eviction from that room. If you are unclear of occupancy limits please call to verify prior to booking.
We accept cash and all major credit cards. No personal checks are accepted. A 50% deposit is required.
Check In / Check Out
*Check in is between 3pm and 6pm daily. Please contact us to make prior alternate arrangements if you cannot arrive between these times.
*Check out is by 10 am. Late departures will incur a charge of the daily rate.
*Room must be returned in the condition it was found. Charges apply for excessive housekeeping. Dishes are guest responsibility for those rooms with kitchens. Any damage to rooms will be charged for labor and materials to repair and or replace damaged item(s). Any lost revenue due to damages for time of repair will also be applied.
Due to the size of our property, cancellations greatly affect us, therefore we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. When we guarantee an accommodation we enter into a contract and we loose the opportunity to reserve the room to others. If you must cancel a reservation please notify us greater than 10 days prior to arrival. A $25 service charge will be applied. If you cancel 10 days or less prior to your scheduled stay, a one nights charge will be applied. No shows with no notification of cancelling and same day as check in cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled stay. No refunds are given for early departures.
Between 10pm and 8am is our quiet time. Please be respectful of other guests.
Please note all our units are nonsmoking and no open flame of any kind is permitted in the rooms. Smoking is permitted on the grounds, please respectfully utilize ashtrays. We charge a $250 fee for smoking in your room. Violators will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund or credit.
Camp fires must not be unattended at any time. We require you to check in with the office prior to starting a fire. Camp fires are permitted until 11 pm and must be fully extinguished prior to leaving fire.
There is space for one vehicle per rental, please plan accordingly.
This hotel is not responsible for the theft, loss, damage or destruction of guests personal property. As a small property, we do not have storage space for lost and found items. Please do look over your room prior to check out to ensure you have collected all items. As a courtesy we will hold some higher value smaller items such as jewelry or cell phones for short periods of time if they are found. Items are disposed of at our discretion at the time of room cleaning. We do not at any time save food items.
